How to Trace a Place to a Laptop or Windows Tablet Without Software

Microsoft Windows 10 has many advanced features that many people do not know about.

Before starting the explanation I must note that you need Microsoft account to activate this feature and you can not activate after the loss of the device as this feature does not provide remote control, but gives you the location of the device only.

•  Activate tracking feature :

The first step in this explanation is to activate this feature by opening the "Start Menu" for the laptop or "Start Screen" for tablets and then selecting "Settings".

In the next step we follow the path "Update & security> Find My device" to find the settings of this property as shown in the picture below

As shown in the picture, we press the Change button under "Find my device is off" to activate this feature

Now we will activate the following feature: "Save my device's location periodically". This feature allows the device to send its coordinates periodically and automatically even if you do not track it. • Device Tracking :

Now go to the second part of the explanation and is tracking the missing device in the first step must open the browser and login to your Microsoft account that you use in the lost device on this site.

You will find a list of the devices that you use in your Microsoft account with time and the name of the city where you last saw the device when connected to the network in this list we choose the name of the lost device and then choose the property "Find my Device" as shown in the picture

To show us a map of the location of the device via GPS in the event that the device connected to the network will map the map periodically with the change location of the device and so you can track your device and find it again
