In July 2016, Facebook submitted a patent related to it. In February of this year, the patent was published by the US Patent and Trademark Office. This new system of Facebook will use an algorithm. Through which Facebook can know the amount of financial resources from an user.
For this method, users will have to provide some information on Facebook. There will be some questions. The answers to which the netizens will answer
Considering the user population information, device ownership, internet usage, family information and financial-level, the amount of assets will be determined.
Here comes the question-why this move of Facebook. To say, they are doing this for themselves. Facebook earns revenue through advertising And if they can know about the financial condition, they will classify the ads according to the user's income.
