There are lot of confusion when it comes to health and nutrition:
Sometime People, even qualified experts, often seem to have the exact opposite opinions about health and nutrition. However, despite all the disagreements, there are a few things which is well supported by research.

Exercise

Doing exercise of cardio because cardio is one of the best things you can do for your mental and physically health. It's are particularly effective at reducing belly fat, the harmful type of fat that builds up around your organs. Reduced belly fat should lead to major improvements in metabolic health.

Eat Real Food Instead Avoid Junk Food

All junk foods in the diet are the biggest reason the world is fatter and sicker than ever. They are also low in fiber, empty calories, but high in unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined grains.

Vegetables and Fruits

Vegetables and fruits are the mainly healthy foods. They have lots of fiber, vitamins, minerals and all sorts of antioxidants, some of which have potent biological effects. Studies show that people who eat the most vegetables and fruits live longer, and have a lower risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity and all sorts of diseases.

Water

Drinking enough water can have lots of benefits.
One important fact, is that it can help boost the amount of calories burn in your body. The best time to drink water half an hour before meals. study shows that half a liter of water, 30 minutes before each meal, increased weight loss by 44%.

Eat Nuts

Nuts have incredibly nutritious and healthy, despite being "high in fat". Nuts have loots of magnesium, vitamin E, fiber and various other nutrients. as per study nuts can help for us "lose weight" and helping to fight with "Diabetes and Heart Disease". in one study, almonds were shown to increase weight loss by 62% compared to complex carbohydrates..

Coffee

A cup of coffee in the morning may provide more than just an energy boost, With over 400 billion cups of coffee thought to be consumed every year, coffee is one of the world's most popular drinks. But is it really healthful, or are there also risks?

The potential of health benefits associated with drinking coffee include protecting against diabetes, liver disease, liver cancer, and promoting a healthy heart.
Regular black coffee (without milk or cream) have a very low calories count. A typical cup of black coffee only contains around 2 calories.
instead, if you add sugar and milk, the calories count can shoot up.

Sportsman or anyone should pay attention to the daily nutritional needs to strengthen the immune system. Nutrition not only to meet the needs of the body but more than that for mnejaga and prevent body damage from activities performed every day. the need for balanced nutrition is very important.

I read an article .. in which he wrote that human are now way more free nd lazy ..
in the ancient time .. if a person is free .. he/she use to learn some skills like painting dancing literature nd physical activity ..
