Education Trilogy : Trilogi Pendidikan

If we talk about education, it will be no end. Seminary, training, talk show about educational issue throughout the community, just to make them realize that education is above all. In education, we know Education Trilogy is a scheme of relation between society, family and school. It must support each other to reach the education principle goal. Now I will classify the trilogy in three phase:

Jika kita berbicara pendidikan itu tidak habisnya. Seminar, pelatihan, temu ramah tentang isu pendidikan dengan masyarakat, hanya untuk membuat mereka sadar bahwa pendidikan di atas segalanya. Dalam pendidikan, kita kenal dengan trilogi pendidikan yang merupakan skema hubungan antara masyarakat, keluarga dan sekolah. Satu sama lain harus mendukung guna mencapai tujuan dari prinsip pendidikan. Sekarang saya akan mengelompokkan trilogi tersebut:

Family

The family is the first environment in education field which have the fundamental role toward the future process of education. The result of education is obtained by children from the family will therefore determine their future education take them. The family is the main key to formulate the character of children, the habit and behavior. In other hands, the role of family is to teach how to behave relate to what they have obtained from school, including the subject they learned. Unfortunately, there are many parents who have not yet realized their role upon the importance of earlier education for their school age children.

Keluarga adalah lingkungan pertama dalam dunia lingkungan yang merupakan peran yang sangat mendasar terhadapa proses pendidikan di masa depan. Hasil dari pendidikan diperoleh oleh anak-anak dari keluarga selanjutnya akan menentukan kemana masa depan mereka dibawa. Keluarga adalah kunci utama untuk membentuk karakter, kebiasaan dan tingkah laku. Dengan kata lain, peran keluarga mengajarkan mereka bagaiman bersikap terhadap apa yang telah diperoleh di sekolah, termasuk pelajaran yang mereka pelajari. Sayangnya, masih banyak orang tua yang belum sadar akan peran mereka terhadap pentingnya pendidikan dini di keluarga.

School

School is "place" where the students can explore the knowledge. School is as the second circumstance that should be able to continue, fix and an additional value must be obtained by school age children from their first environment. For instance, when school age children already knew how to behave and firmly interact with their friend. The teacher will then direct and guide them throughout their age. School itself is defined as the comfortable, enjoyable place to create a conducive circumstance. Students are not the object but as a subject and school as facilitator and motivator to their students. Therefore, the school is expected and obliged to always create a cozy, easy, and firm condition.

Sekolah adalah "tempat" dimana siswa bisa menjelajahi ilmu pengetahuan. Sekolah adalah lingkungan kedua yang harus mampu melanjutkan, memperbaik dan nilai tambahan dari pendidikan harus diperoleh oleh anak-anak usia sekolah dari lingkungan pertama mereka. Misalnya, ketika usia anak sekolah tahu bagaimana bersikap dan sopan berinteraksi dengan kawan-kawan mereka. Guru kemudian mengarahkan dan membimbing mereka sesuai dengan usia mereka. Sekolah sendiri diartikan sebagai tempat yang aman dan menyenangkan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif.

Society

It does not matter how best the education is if the society is not pro active participating so it can be assured the education is stuck and hard to move on. As good citizen and we are strongly obliged to always participate to bring a change toward the process of education. Society is part of educational system that must display good environment and good example to students. If those means are not working together, the education goal will not be reached.

Tidak masalah seberapa bagus pendidikan jika masyarakatnya tidak pro aktif ikut serta, bisa dipastikan pendidikan akan terhenti dan susah maju. Sebagai warga yang baik dan kita diwajibkan untuk selalu ikut serta membawa perubahan terhadap proses pendidikan. Masyarakat adalah bagian dari sistem pendidikan harus menampilkan lingkungan dan contoh yang baik kepada siswa. Jika perangkat tersebut tidak bekerja sama, tujuan pendidikan tidak akan tercapai.
