Fomitopsidaceae--Fungi From Local Forest

in Beauty of Creativity3 years ago (edited)

On this fine occasion, I would like to come up with some recent shots of mushrooms (fungi) that I found somewhere around the local forest. Perhaps, these are common mushrooms where we can easily find them on the rotten trees, places where they grew well with the solid textures and of course they are the edible mushrooms. These typical mushrooms stay under the Fomitopsidaceae, in the order Polyporales. Most species are parasitic on woody plants and tend to cause brown rots.
