Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @azmat545 in the Steem For Pakistan community. The topic of this challenge is "Write About The Difference Between Own Business And Job". So let's start without any more delay of time.
There are many differences between the job and own business which should be understand before choosing future carrier and to support yourself. According to me the difference between job and own business are discussed below.
Power And Control: The main difference between the job and own business is power and control. In your own business you have full control and you are free to take decisions, set strategies and make set your goals. But on the other hand in a Job are limited in your powers and you are bound to decisions of your Boss and that company.
Responsibilities: When you're doing a job, you get a specific Responsibility that you have to follow. You have to work according to the rules of the platform and very limited in that thing. But when you are holding a business you are free in your Responsibilities and you have to hire professional workers and then assign them responsibilities.
- Growth difference: In a job your overall growth rate is very low as compared to the growing rate of an individual in a business. Because in a job your salary increase Very typically and have very less chances of promotion. But as a business your are the responsible for the growth of your business and yourself.
There are many benefits to owning your own business that you own and take control of your business and are very careful about it. You are fully independent in your business and the in making decisions which are very important for the growth of your business. In a business you are own the boss of yourself and make strategies to run your business. The successful business has so many positive outcomes and it provides us an opportunity to fulfill all our dreams.
Running your own business can make you and your career both successful. The one of the greatest benefit of owning a business is that your income is not limited and if you are running a successful business then you can earn more than a job holder. Growing your business means growing your assets which are increasing by the passage of time. Thus it can make the future of you and your family bright and strong.
The job also have many benefits. When you are doing a job your get regular income after the short intervals of time such as after a week or a month. In your fixed salary you have to manage your house expenses. There is another advantage of job that many of companies offer some extra facilities such as give health insurance, offer a flat or at the end of your job gives pension and many more.
When you are doing a job your are not responsible for the loss and the failure of a company. As an employer you have to do work according to the assignment of your Boss and a specific company. The job also provide us a balance in the work such as weekend vacations and some specific working hours.
According to me own business is more better than doing a job and I always prefer own business over doing a job. This is because I never want to spend a dependent Life in doing a job. Earning less from your own business is better than doing a job. According to me currently in Pakistan the person who are doing their own business are more successful in their lives than the job holders.Keeping all these points in my mind I want to become a business man in the future and I'm currently preparing for it.
