Photoshop Tutorial: Lighting Effect
Want to show red-blue light lights in the image. It is not possible for everyone to take a picture using a real color light, but it can be easily used to bring color to the light by using photos and photos.

Open the photo in Photoshop.
Command Day from Menu - Filter - Render - Lighting Effects
Select the desired style from the Style dialog box. For example, RGB (Red-Green-Blue) lights have been used.
Use Intensity Slider to lighten the amount of light.
To change the color of the light, click on the color (red in the picture) and select the desired color. For example, the color of the blue color has been turned into white.
To change the direct light position, click on the center of the light point and drag it.
To make the amount of light more or less, use two points of the circle.
Use the up and down points of the circle to make the light shorter or wider.
