Steem Cameroon Best Day Contest-13-12-2024.

Good day my friends in Steem Cameroon community. It’s been a while here and I’ve missed this community so much so it feels good to be here again. Writing this article is making me feel really good because it’s about my best day of the week.
It isn’t just an ordinary day but I had fun to the fullest and ate till I got tired.

My best day of the week was on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. It’s my best day of the week because I didn’t work online and offline. I only partied hard and ate to the fullest.
In my household, we have been preparing for this party. My father is celebrating his 20yrs of work and loyal service to Cadbury Nigeria Plc.

I woke up early that morning to make tea for myself and everyone in the house. After then, I took my bath and started making up my face. We all were in a haste so I didn’t make up my face to my satisfaction but I tried my best. Finally, we all got into the car and drove to the venue.
Immediately we stopped at the venue, I was the first to bring out my phone to take pictures.
I handed my phone to my sister and she took a few pictures of me.

I as well took a picture with my mum.

We headed to the hall but on our way, my dad took us to various offices of his bosses so we could say hi to them. We exchanged pleasantries with them all and headed to the hall.
I’m a picture freak so I took another picture in the hall.

I was having fun until I started getting hungry. I only had bread and tea which was about three hours ago so I wanted something to eat.
I was about complaining that I was hungry but I saw the servers bringing in the food.
One man then came to my table and handed over the menu list to me.

I didn’t know what to order so I kept sitting in my table. Then, a very yummy food was served on my table. I hadn’t even finished that when they brought another meal. I had to dump one meal for another and if I’m not mistaken, I ate for over five times.
I’d share the pictures of food I ate and by the time I stood up, I realized I was so full because I kept eating and eating as if that was what I went to do there. Well, food is part of the purpose.

What about the purpose of the party? Yes, we achieved it. My dad was awarded for twenty years of loyal service. We all stepped forward to collect his award and took pictures as well.

I had a good day. I got home but still ate even though my stomach was filled up earlier.
Let’s have a look at the award my dad got so we can call it a day.
