Hey @abitcoinskeptic!! ((: I've just made a new friend recently who is working in Gangnam, Seoul!

It made me want to go visit Korea and your post just sealed it! (From Singapore, btw)

What an awesome concept and hope to see you there ((:

Haha cool. I work nearby there too. I'd meet up in that cafe if its in the evening. As far as I know most of the meetups in Korea are targeted towards Korean speakers.

Looks like an interesting place. I'd like to go there, but I'm hardly ever in Seoul.

It's too expensive to be a regular coffee shop for me. However, I will keep an eye out for events or hang out there with other enthusiasts.
I cannot imagine it doing so well in this market, especially considering the rent there must be very expensive since it is ground level on the main road.

I passed on their details to a project that I'm involved with that is trying to crack the Korean market. They could sponsor or advertise there.

One day I hope to hear more about this project.

It's a coin for social media tipping called Rapids (RPD). It has staking and masternodes, which I know you don't like, but I've done really well with this one. They give out a lot in their Telegram tipping channel. I'd like to tip you some to get you started. Take a look: https://www.rapidsnetwork.io/

Sounds interesting. Definitely better than having youtube take 10% of your tips and threatening to demonetize you. I'll have to take a look. It seems like it would appeal to a lot of people and a few coins want to crack that. Wonder how they want to do it differently.

I'm not sure if I will join though. Steem is the only social media I really use other than watching youtube, but I don't really tip those people (they should share their video and a summary on Steem :)

They didn't have an ICO and just let the market find its price, and it's been fairly stable. The economics is set up quite well to allow lots of coins to be given away, so they have a great community already. They don't have a tip for Steemit yet though.

Talking about Youtube. One of my videos hit 100,000 views today. Not bad. Haven't made any new ones for a while though.

Congratsbon 100k views, thats a lot. I never really got into video, except when I had to make them for work or classes.

To be honest, I am just done with ICOs. I like STO and IEO etc, but still. It's not because I had bad luck with them or even low volume coins, its just too much research and time is involved to make sure I don't get burned. I decided to just blog instead since I enjoy it more. These days I'm in something called C10 by 'invictus capital'. They basically just buy and hedge the top 10 crypto. ICO is live until end of the month, but doesn't really matter. They had a c20, too but no cash hedging and close ended meaning its harder to get now. They rebalance both weekly and the fees are small enough. Here is the site. https://invictuscapital.com/#home
As I said pure hodl laziness. Ill just throw in 100 or so dollars a month until I get scared or find my roi is so good I need to sell some.
I have a few more coins I like, but, those finds are my current favorite.

@steem-bet, sending unsolicited messages again? I asked you before to not post comments about gambling on posts that aren't tagged as gaming or gambling. I understand this is an 'investment' but it's scammy to promise 300%+ ROI.

Totally psyched!! A blockchain cafe?? I am sooo terribly jealous! That would be so awesome to have a place to migrate and talk crypto and exchange idea, thoughts and pay for it all with a bit of the coin.

Oh. life is good there and that surely gives me ideas for here in the States!

I think it's a great idea to exchange ideas and start an incubator, etc. If there is a start up community in your town or city its definitely sustainable. Just get a crypto atm and a tv screen shoing prices. Working business cafes are a great idea and rare away from universities.
Thanks for the tip!

My pleasure! All great ideas and the Washington, DC area has plenty of universities and business cafes!

I know right! Eventually there will be more. The community is strong and it will continue to grow.

😱 OMG really cool place with crypto payment.

It's a great place. I'm still trying to determine if it has crypto payment. I didn't notice, but I didn't really look. I will find out next time and if it does I will use crypto to buy a drink.

This sounds like a cool place. I wonder if they have one in the states. 🤞

If one didn't exist in NYC or SanFrancisco, I would be shocked.

You're probably right @abitcoinskeptic.

I doubt I will be in Korea anytime soon but what a great place.
Your photos were clear and colorful. Thanks for reviewing and sharing this place with us.

I hope the place inspires you nontheless. I think my phone was made for taking pictures in korean shops since it was purchased and made in Korea lol.

You took photos that make me want to visit there.

That looks like a great place to go for a coffee and meet people...

I think so. I can talk about Steem without seeming crazy.

That is fantastic. I can't wait to find something like that here in the states. Nice post as well. Thanks so much for sharing.

Thanks for thewow what a nice rabbit. I am sure you can find these places near any start uo area or tech university.

That is so cool, what a novel idea @abitcoinskeptic! You could hold a Steem rally there! :)

I will meet other people there to discuss blockchain.

Yes this is so cool buddy, I love the informal trading floor for crypto, what a place to meet and network.

It seems like a great idea to meet there, especially if you are looking for employment or investors in the scene. Korea has a ton of startups, so there is obviously interest and many people work near there so it gets crowded after work when they have time to talk about their newest ideas.
