Daily use of mobile phones and other devices, including laptops, may be a major cause of damage to the eyes. Specifically, the type of blue light that shines from such devices can cause terrible damage to users. The researchers made such remarks.

A study of the University of Toledo said that the amount of blue light dispersion from different types of devices (such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets) is harmful for the eyes. The researchers commented that if the device is too close to the eye, it can become blind. Already, one in every seven people has started to complain that this type of eye has started to suffer.
The head of the research team and Dr. of the University of Toledo. Ajit Karunaratna said, we tested the blue light coming out of the device. Our experiments have shown that if the light is very close to the eye, the eyes can be damaged.

Researchers have requested not to use devices like smartphones and laptops in the dark to protect themselves from such problems. According to them, the blue light in the light of day is not harmful, but when there is no light in the night and there is only light on these devices, it is harmful for the eyes. And consistently, if someone uses these devices during the night, then he can lose his eyesight.

The Gubasek team published the whole issue in a journal. It is mentioned that 16 to 24 year olds have increased the trend of using different types of devices starting from the smartphone. It is also mentioned that the average age of the users is 34.3 hours per week.

I bumped into this company at last year's CES convention in Las Vegas. It is not an endorsement, but there are companies provide inexpensive solutions to blue light emission on phones.
