The process of utilization of marine wealth is done by the community in various ways, one of them with traditional ways that are still widely used by most people, especially traditional fishermen in the process of fishing. However, the means and equipment of fishermen supporters are still far from the touch of technology when compared with other developed countries. This is caused by some things among the level of fisherman ignorance of supporting technology on the fishing boat, still expensive technology available and still few research institutions who want to do research on appropriate technology, especially environmentally friendly technology for traditional fishermen.
