Doppler Townsend. Pet drawing
I've had about 10 drawings of pets to do over christmas. They were all from 1st time clients, so that's pretty cool. I don't think I will be posting them all. But I thought this was a good one. "Doppler Townsend".
4x6". Pen on bristol paper.
It really helps to have a DECENT photo of the animal. I have gotten a lot of requests for pet drawings with absolutely terrible photographs to work with. But hey, sometimes I get free liberty to twist it in my own way.
Mr. Townsend here is a pretty straightforward drawing. No Grimness!
As a bonus I also gave the client a headshot of his dog. Something quick and loose. I know people always enjoy getting 'free' or 'bonus' material. So I did this really quick for him as well, just to throw in with his package.

Weird dog laws include allowing police offers in Palding, Ohio, to bite a dog to quiet it. In Ventura County, California, cats and dogs are not allowed to have sex without a permit.
