Relationships. Pen Drawing

Currently I'm not a big fan of serious relationships. I really don't want a serious 1 on 1 loving relationship, I have been this way for about 5 years. This drawing shows the detaching of a male and a female.

I really enjoy doing these sort of stringy things. The pulling apart of these 2 figures was the fun part. I must admit the heart shape between both of the heads was accidental, but I'm certainly glad it's there. I did purposely put a line through the middle of them to break up a solid background, intentionally aiming it at the chest near the heart. I wish The upper background was a little neater with the cross-hatching.

This drawing is 9x12" and took approximately 9 hours of drawing. Who knows when I'll want a "serious" relationship again. I'm happy just having close friends around and living alone. I thoroughly enjoy living alone and can't imagine sharing a space with someone. I don't think I'll ever get married, it just doesn't interest me at all. I also feel like marriage is a bit out dated. I just want to be a free spirit, and only have problems with myself and not with someone else.
