[Acid Plays] WoW WOTLK feat. @strawhat
After having been away from gaming for too long but now finally being more certain about our new location and possibly shipping my desktop PC that I've been missing for a long time, we decided to try some games that would be somewhat entertaining and would work on my craptop.
We decided to go for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion of world of warcraft, a newer one would've probably required better hardware, at least for recording at the same time. This seemed to do okay, not full 60 fps, but close enough.
We decided to go for a troll and orc combo as we'd start in the same starting zone, the server has a 5x boost in xp but shortly after we started getting going the server went down.
After having played the other races quite a bit on the previous expansion in another stream in the past we thought hey let's try something different and went for Alliance scum. xD
None of us have played a lot of Alliance so this might be more fun, we chose a dwarf Paladin so I could possibly tank or heal dungeons for faster queue while @strawhat chose gnome Warrior.
Straw is streaming our adventures in Azeroth and Eastern Kingdoms so if you want to see it live then follow him or else you can check the recording from my PoV on dtube the next day. Enjoy! :)

I had the weirdest sitting position on the couch + using the mouse for the first time in like 6 months. Felt quite weird but got comfortable quick, have played this game a lot in the past.
Can't wait to get my desktop pc and gaming chair back soon. <3

Yo @acidyo its free weekend for all inactive wow accounts. Its open till Tuesday. They enable self learning AI in Arathi Basin and you go up against the AI .... on Friday it was ez to 5 base em .. but today ... its getting really tough as the AI starts learning . =)
Oh shit lol that sounds like an offer I shouldn't refuse, wonder if my PC can handle current WoW, though. :D

Don't get me started on WotLK....My favorite expansion of them all, and I spent way too much time on it, becoming world #1 in our particular 3v3 lineup on top of being an officer in a top realm raiding guild...
Sounds like someone wants to get started with Wotlk again ;)
