My first short Cycling Tour in 2020

My Actifit Blog #526 | 12 January 2020 |


At a cool and shady - 4 degrees Celsius I made my first bike ride today in this still young year and decade.

Afterwards I had the obligatory hot tea and a completely relaxed evening.

Apart from that not much happened today. I hope you had a nice weekend and I wish you a good start into the new week!



Bei schattigen - 4 Grad Celsius machte ich heute meine erste Radfahrt in diesem noch jungen Jahr und Jahrzehnt.

Danach gab es den obligatorischen heißen Tee und einen völlig entspannten Abend.

Ansonsten ist heute nicht viel passiert. Ich hoffe ihr hattet ein schönes Wochenende und wünsche euch einen guten Start in die neue Woche!

    Thank you very much, Elizabeth! Sometimes it is hard to get 10K steps, but today I did a run over 10 km, so it was easy to get over 18K steps. I wish you a healthy and active new year with lots of special moments of happiness!
