My Sunday breakfast ULOG

Good morning everyone. I have a Sunday ULOG for all of you Steemians and it is a food blog. It is all about the breakfast that I have this morning. So for this first pic that I took which is dark.....?

Yes, it is a black rice that I'm having. They say that this rice has medicinal properties and it makes me full by just eating five to six spoonfuls. My ulam for this breakfast are...........

It's "tokwa at baboy" (tofu and pork) hehehe that was last night's leftover. It's more like a salad of tofu and pork with lots of onions, garlic, pepper, ginger and soy sauce with calamansi as the sauce. I partnered it with this...........

It is called kare kareng santol. A side dish that we usually have when santol fruits are everywhere. It is santol internal peeling grounded and pressed, then it is cooked with coconut milk with bagoong. Others cook it with alamang along with garlic, onions and peppers. Make all the coconut milk dry up until its cooked.
And lastly for my morning drink...........
