My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2019

Hi. I did some kind of activity today. I got up early in the morning and walked for 35 minutes in the park. Then I did aerobic for 15 minutes. Finally, I went shopping. I am pretty tired. I'm not used to it. However I will do my best to publish regular actifit reports. Thanks.
