Typical Cake Aceh Timphan Balon or Dadar Roll is no stranger to us cake lovers. Timphan Balon is almost the same as regular timphan. if you do not like the contents of srikaya can also be replaced with the contents of the grated coconut that is not too old.

Materials For Leather:

  1. Timphan Balon / Dadar Gulung
  2. Srikaya Khas Orang Aceh
  3. 1/2 kg of Wheat Flour

  5. 100 ml Pati Pandan leaves
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Materials For Srikaya;

  1. 3 pieces of Egg
  2. 1 cup of Sugar
  3. 1 cup Santan
  4. 1/2 cup Starch pandan leaves

How to make:

  1. Stir flour, salt and water, along with pandan leaves starch until evenly distributed.
  2. Take the pan, and apply oil on the pan and heat for a while so the dough is not sticky.
  3. Pour the dough into a skillet, make a dough egg-shaped dough wait 1 minute. Remove and let the skin dough cool.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then put coconut milk evenly, then cook until thick. Chill and use as timphan contents.
