August morning amusing summer
From the ripe BlackBerry day wearing a wreath
Of tiny water droplets, like through a sieve
Quietly sows rainy dance.

Barylnik, zhnivets, gustar, saraycik,-
So long been called the time of harvest.
And the sun sends more than one ray,
Beads of ripe apples, plums pearls.

Land in a linen shirt, spare wheel,
And the sky in silk white from the clouds.
And a rich harvest in every hut,
Because the month of August - summer's generous gift.
