The "talk channel" was created to share ideas and answer questions and concerns that you may have, being attended directly by the work team of the World Of Xpilar community, headed by the friend @xpilar. El "canal de conversación" fue creado para compartir ideas y responder las preguntas e inquietudes que puedan tener, siendo atendidos de manera directa por el equipo de trabajo de la comunidad World Of Xpilar, encabezado por el amigo @xpilar. Por trabajo he estado viajando últimamente y no he tenido chance de estar en Steemit, y desde entonces el Voting CSI me aparece con un signo de interrogación [?]

El Voting CSI es el indice de apoyo comunitario, es decir, es el promedio de apoyo a través de votos que registras hacia otros usuarios durante los últimos 7 días, mientras más votos efectivos des, mayor será el valor CSI.
El signo de interrogación debe ser por falla en la carga de la página o porque su valor puede ser muy bajo.

There was a Steem investment plan that I saw in Steem infinity zone community and I invested my 2000 Steem in it but now it's closed. That was really cool I submitted them 2000 Steem and they were returning 5% every month. And btw I've withdrew my Steem now.
The steemit is developing and the steemit team wants to spread the support system that's why the curation team has been announced. But honestly speaking the clubs are damaging the system internally because everyone who is in club100 will have an intention of powering down whenever the Steem price will go up. Everyone is doing it for the support. The steemit team is working for the betterment as much as they can do but as for the promotion of steemit it has become a little difficult for me to bring new users.
Can you suggest any solution of the issue?

I find interesting the business that presented Steem infinity zone community, it would be necessary to see why they closed.
The clubs are necessary to maintain a good margin of investment of the rewards generated, users may see it as something unfavorable but "in a way" is a win-win strategy for the following reasons:
"None of the above points affect the user, it's just a matter of sacrificing a little of the expense system."
For everything there are risks, and the Steemit team believes in those who support under all risks, unfortunately some choose to turn off their accounts and that is something they cannot control, although this is not a good option, since in Steemit you can generate a good return of rewards with the capital we may have.

Es cierto, en su ausencia han habido algunos cambios en la plataforma.
El #club5050, #club75 y #club100 han sido implementados para impulsar el crecimiento de las cuentas, donde los usuarios deben al menos invertir la misma cantidad a la que retira.
El #club5050 aplica para un solo mes, donde el planteamiento debe ser el siguiente: Si vas a retirar 10 Steem, debes por lo menos encender 10 Steem
En éste caso sería: 10 Steem Encendidos / (10 Steem encendidos + 10 Steem retirados) = 10/20 = 0,5 siendo en porcentaje "50%" **cumpliendo de ésta manera con el #club5050
Para estar dentro del #club75 debe tomarse en cuenta los últimos 2 meses, teniendo que encender al menos 3 veces el monto de Steem retirados, es decir, si vas a retirar 5 Steem deberás encender 15 Steem
En éste caso sería: 15 Steem Encendidos / (15 Steem encendidos + 5 Steem retirados) = 15/20 = 0,75 siendo en porcentaje "75%" **cumpliendo de ésta manera con el #club75 recordando que se debe tomar el balance de los últimos 2 meses.
El #club100 debes encender tus Steem sin haber registrado retiro alguno, tomando en consideración los últimos 3 meses.
