Mie Jamur Memang banyak disukai orang, Tapi karena susahnya mendapat jamur, jadi sebagian orang hanya mendengarkan saja, tanpa mencobanya, Jamur memang banyak versinya, di postingan saya kali ini adalah jamur dari jerami busuk hasil panen padi petani di desa saya, jamur ini hanya bisa ditemukan setahun sekali, karena musim sawah setahun sekali.

Setelah Jamurnya siap saji, and hanya perlu menyiapkan bahan seperti biasanya anda memasak mie dirumah, setelah kuah mie anda mendidih dan saat itulah anda masukkan jamur, anda hanya perlu tunggu beberapa menit, saat jamur anda sudah empuk, selanjutnya anda memasukkan mie kedalamnya, anda aduk beberapa kali dan tunggu beberapa menitt hingga mie juga empuk, setelah itu anda siap menikmatinya, untuk hasil lebih menambah selera anda tambahkan tomat mentah dan sebilah jeruk nipis setelah mie anda taruk kedalam piring, dan untuk menambah mie anda menghasilkan aroma yang wangi cukup anda tambahkan daun sop yang sudah anda cincang dan satu atau dua sendok bawang goreng.
