Recipe - sweet potato coated

Hello Steemains,

Here is another recipe made by me.

Ingredients:

2 medium sweet potatoes
1 1/2 spoons of mayonnaise
1/2 spoon of mustard
1/2 tbsp salt
Pinch of white pepper
Golden Bread crumbs

Instruction:
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice to 0.5 cm slices.
Mix the mayonnaise the mustard with salt and pepper .
Put the sweet potatoes slices into the mix and make sure that every slice is covered with that mix.

Sort the slices on a baking dish and spread the bread crumbs.

Put the dish into the oven on 200c for 25 min or until you see the crumbs got tanned.

Take it out and leave to cool down.
