Poloniex publishes their new in my opinion insane terms and conditions i already remove all my crypto from poloniex in preparation for bitcoin hard fork right then i going to log back in a few days after that there was a big notification their poloniex have updated their terms and conditions and i needed to review them so i did and i got a shock.

The first line says we publicly have to surrender our right to bring any kind of any clause action suite against poloniex ok so lets move forward in the next paragraph they says by accessing or using the poloniex website we agree to be bound by these term of use, so that's understandable simply by accessing the site we agree to these terms, so move on then they says poloniex can reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions including but not limited to any policy or guideline of the site at any time and at it's sole discretion, so basically they can change the rules any time fair enough.

however the worst part is that they says "Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the Site or at the instant that Poloniex transmits the information to the Users (e.g. via email). These changes will apply at that instant to all then current and subsequent uses of the Site. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications".

So what does that mean it means that the new terms apply the instant the poloniex transmit the information to the users which means like the terms could change from 1 minute to the next while we using the platform and if they choose to let us know by email e.g so you don't just have you email inbox opened 24 hours a day 7 days a week unlucky for you because by continuing to use the platform you basically agreeing to terms that you don't even know exist, this is harsh right.

According to my opinion this is frankly unnecessary if i would be in there place whenever the term will be modified i will be ask the users to agree to them ticking the box the next time they logged in, the way they are doing it they are assuming every one OK with it e.g if they decided they need bit of extra cash right and they just make a little change to their terms and conditions and says it's OK to poliniex to take 10% of everyone's bitcoin balance whenever they want imagine that so based on what we read there is nothing technically stropping them doing that right and then they can defend themselves on the basis of every one agreed right.

So i must say to every user plz check poloniex terms and conditions before putting in your deposits.
