Telur tumis kecap
Bahan :
3 telur ayam
2 baw.merah iris
2 baw.putih iris
1 cabe merah iris
3 cabe rawit iris
1/2 tomat merah iris
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm kecap asin
sedikit merica
Caranya :
-Goreng telur ayam (diceplok) kemudian sisihkan
-Tumis bumbu iris dengan sedikit minyak kemudian tunggu harum
-Masukkan telur dan kecap manis+kecap asin+merica
-Masak hingga kecap meresap pada telur
-Angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
