I hear you mate, sad to see the troubles the Venezuelans are going through. I'm new here myself. I'm still watching youtube/dtube videos to get my head around how best to operate on this platform, make good use of it for my fiction work. Make good content!!! That seems to be the most important thing here. Ok, looks like you work in dentistry so, what sort of content will you post? Perhaps you could provide a blog on the cutting edge in dental care? Perhaps you could feature a blog that shows some of the crazier cases you encounter?? Maybe your blog could be about any corruption in the dentistry system in which you operate? Or, maybe you could feature an ongoing blog series keeping people up to date on no-nonsense way to maintain or improve oral health, ideas that perhaps most people are unaware of.... Just some ideas. Make great content, then, hopefully everyone will come, upvote your stuff! Best to you!

First, you write posts and comments, like this. So, you wrote this comment here. Then, I can like it or upvote it and that might give you some money, as in Steem, Steem Backed Dollars (SBD or SD) and maybe some Steem Power (SP). So, normally, you get some SBD and SP through the votes (upvotes) you get from others and from yourself too if you vote for yourself but there is a limit to how many times you can vote each day and your voting power drains and gets smaller each time you vote each day or two. So, you can improve your voting power when you vote on things that become popular.
Your voting power recharges after a day or two...... and you have to be cool and helpful or whatever to make more money maybe. You have to be like lucky and try to have conversations with people and stuff. Try different things and focus on doing what you like doing on Steem, on Steemit.

It is not that easy my friend. You need to build a following first and post quality content, but to really succeed on Steemit you will also need to buy STEEM, you can't be a parasite, you have to earn it when you deserve it :) I hope this helps
