Selain menyemprotkan disinfektan melalui helikopter, Tim medis juga melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan melalui darat ke lokasi yang menimbulkan bau menyengat untuk membunuh vektor mikroorganisme dan penyakit di daerah pantai Talise, Balaroa, Petobo, dan daerah terdampak lainnya di daerah pasca bencana Gempa dan Tsunami yang terjadi pada tanggal 28 September 2018, Sulawesi Tengah, Indonesia.
