RunnerUp New Logo/Icon

After seeing a few contributions for the RunnerUp, I wanted to give it a try too, in the end I managed to create this.

Here is how the old one looks like:

This is the creation procces showed in 1 picture, I wanted to record it but I forgot to press the Record button so I'll post a windows snip here.

I used Adobe Illustrator to create it, using the pentool I created a stroke around the guy in the picture, once I managed to get his full body I inverted the color from stroke to fill, changed it's main color and multiplied it 2 more times to create the running effect. To be able to use it as a logo and icon at the same time I created a round square around it in 2 colors.
