Different meat mixtures are used. In Bangladesh, chicken and beef are mainly used as meat in burgers, in some places khasi, i.e. goat meat is also seen. Wheat flour is mainly used to make burger bread or bun. In addition, the use of ordinary two width bread instead of ban as bread is also recognized.
