Bahan:
1125 ml jus semangka
375ml susu UHT
200gr gula
2bgks Agar2 merah
1bgks nutrijel strawberry
1/4st garam
Cara membuat:
Agar2+gula+nutrijel aduk rata lalu dimasuk ke jus+susu+garam masak sampai mendidih dan tuang ke cetakan
Pudding putih
400 ml susu UHT
50gr gula
2st agar2
Campur jadi satu dan masak mendidih dan tuang diatas agar strawberry yg sudah set
Pudding hijau
400ml air
2st agar2
50gr gula
Pewarna hijau sedikit
Campur jadi satu dan masak mendidih tuang diatas Pudding putih yg sudah set
