Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy today I have come to you with a very nice recipe inshallah you will like it very much. Its food is Jhatka I made a very nice recipe with hilsa. Cauliflower is one of my favorite and favorite vegetables and I like to cook various curries with cauliflower. Sometimes it is fried and eaten, sometimes it is cooked and eaten with fish. But today I have prepared a very nice recipe of jhatka hilsa with cauliflower. The food is very tasty and very interesting. I like the grain of jhatka hilsa so much, this fish has a lot of fragrance. Any vegetable would be fun but Jhatka Hilsa with Cauliflower is very tasty on a winter morning.My mother's cooking is very interesting. I learned cooking by watching my mother. Inshallah my food is also very interesting. If you want, hilsa fish with cauliflower You can cook and eat it and you will see that the food is very interesting. Anyway let's start with today's recipe and how I made it and what ingredients are needed.

First I cut the coffee and potatoes well and then wash them

I wash the fishes well then add turmeric powder and chili powder I spread the salt well. And left in oil and fried one by one.

Then I chopped the green chillies and onions and left them in the hot oil in the pan. And fried it to red color then I mixed it with turmeric powder chili powder salt turmeric ginger paste garlic paste cumin paste masala.

Then I pre-cut the coffee beans and washed the cauliflower, I left it in the mix of spices and grated it well.

Then when the cauliflower is well grated I will add enough water to keep the broth. And when that water goes up to the balcony, I will serve the fishes cooked in jhatka hilsa over the curry.

The last step

Then I will fry it for 10 to 15 minutes on the stove and then remove it from the stove and serve it. And I will keep my name.
