Introduction

Assalamu Alaikum How are you all? Today I am back with a new recipe for you all. I hope you all like it. I am going to participate in the community recipe competition. I really liked this contestant. So without further delay, I am presenting one of my favorite dishes to you. I will try to explain my recipe step by step in a very simple way because I hope everyone will understand it very easily and you will be able to make this recipe very easily at your own home. Anyway, I would like to thank my friend @artist1111 for organizing this competition, because of which we were able to share our own experience with everyone. Let's start with my recipe today.

What I need to make this recipe is onion, green chili, turmeric powder, chili powder, fish masala, potatoes, brinjal and fish head and various ingredients as per the requirement.

Step One

---

First, I washed the green chili and onion well and chopped them into small pieces. Then I took a pot and put them there. Then I added soybean oil in it. Then I fried them nicely and made them red.

Step Two

Now I made the red PS chili. I added all kinds of spices to the fry, turmeric powder, chili powder and fish masala, then I put the fish heads in there and grated them nicely.

Step Three

Now when I finished grating the fish head, I put it in a bowl. Then I chopped the potatoes and eggplants in the middle of that spice. I grated them nicely and grated the potatoes and eggplants.

Step Four

Now after grating the potatoes and eggplants well, I added water like a family and I grated the fish heads. I poured them in. Then I covered them nicely.

Step Five

After the fourth step, I opened the lid occasionally and stirred it so that all the spices entered the fish heads nicely. At this stage, I finished my cooking.

Step Six

At this stage, I finished my cooking. Then I took the cooking pot off the stove. Then I poured a fish head and some eggplant pieces into a bowl.

Seven Step

Now, in the last step, I have finished all my recipes, now I have taken a picture of the bowl in which I had poured the fish head and the potato and eggplant pieces and written my estimate ID name in a piece of paper and I have completed my entire recipe here

Finally, I can say that according to the needs of our family, we make different types of recipes, but everyone does what they like and I liked this recipe very much very easily, for which I have presented it to you and I gifted it to my family, so if there are any mistakes, then of course everyone will forgive me and you can easily gift this recipe to your own family, so I am ending it here like today, everyone will be fine and healthy, thank you
