The RBI will launch Desi Virtual Currency, Draft Guidelines may be released till September

Where is the Supreme Court in the RBI ? The crypto currency is not currency. The bank is not eligible to accept bitcoin as the currency. The bank clarified that the transactions, which have been tarnished in these currencies, are not covered by the payment law. Bitcoin and other currencies can not be converted into Indian Rupees. Therefore, there can be no transaction.
Nowadays there is still no legal status of varchual currency in the country. But increasing use of the world can be seen. The Government of India has started thinking about this. He is soon moving towards one of his country's virtual currency. It will be implemented in India soon.
In India, crypto currency is called virtual money. It does not look like notes Only you can not find it in your pocket. It shows you the statistics on the computer. Thus it is also called digital currency. Digital currency started in the year 2009. Bitcoin is considered to be the first crypto. You can easily transfer this currency to the world. Can convert this currency into any currency. Can not use it in India. And soon there can be a varchual currency.

‌‌‌रिजर्व बैंक ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कहां है। क्रिप्टो करेंसी मुद्रा नही है। जो बिटक्वान को मुद्रा मानने के लिए बैंक योग्य नही है। बैंक ने स्पष्ट किया कि इन मुद्राओ के तहर किए गया लेन-देन, भुगतान कानून का संरक्षण में नही आता है। बिटक्वाइन और अन्य मुद्राओं को भारतीय रुपये में नही बदला जा सकते है। इसलिए लेनदेन नही हो सकते है।
आजकल देश में अभी भी वर्चुअल करेंसी का कानूनी दर्जा नही मिला है। लेकिन दुनियाभर में बढ़ते इसका प्रयोग देखा जा सकते है। भारत सरकार इस बारे मे सोचने लगी है। वह जल्द ही अपनी एक देसी वर्चुअल करेंसी की ओर बढ़ रहे है। भारत में इसे जल्द ही लागू किये जायेगा।
भारत में क्रिप्टोकरंसी को वर्चुअल मनी कहते है। यह नोटों की तरह दिखाई नही देती है। सिर्फ आप इसे अपनी जेब में नही पा सकते है। यह आपको कम्प्यूटर पर आंकड़ो के तौर पर दिखाई देखी। इस प्रकार यह डिजिटल करंसी भी कहते है। डिजिटल करंसी की शुरुआत साल 2009 में हुई थी। बिटकॉइन पहली क्रिप्टोकरंसी मानी जाती है। आप इस करंसी को दुनिया भर में आसानी से ट्रांसफर कर सकते है। इस करंसी को किसी भी करंसी में कनवर्ट कर सकते है। भारत में इसका इस्तेमाल नही कर सकते है। और जल्द ही वर्चुअल करंसी आ सकती है।
