Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh
Proposal
We, the general population of Bangladesh, proclaimed freedom on March 26, 1971, on March 26, [2] [the noteworthy war for national liberation] has set up the autonomous and sovereign People's Republic of Bangladesh;

[We are swearing that all the considerable beliefs which propelled our gallant individuals to forfeit their lives for national freedom and forfeit the saints of war, have full confidence and trust in the Almighty Allah, patriotism, majority rules system and communism that are altogether goals of monetary and social equity. We are additionally promising that one of the primary targets of our state will be the foundation of a misuse free communist society equitably - where the control of law, central human rights and political, financial and social fairness, opportunity and equity will be guaranteed for all nationals;

We are immovably broadcasting that we can keep up the overwhelming status of this Constitution, as it is the declaration of the goal of the general population of Bangladesh, with the goal that we can pick up flourishing in the free state and assume a full part in worldwide peace and collaboration, remembering the dynamic any expectation of humankind. Furthermore, security is our sacrosanct obligation;

Appropriately, in our Constituent Assembly, on the eighth day of the Kartik month of the 150th commemoration of the year, on the fourth of November in the nineteenth-century Christianity, we incorporated and gathered this constitution together.

"Bismillahir-Rahmanir Rahim (The Merciful, the Most Merciful, for the sake of Allah)" The words, commas and sections are embedded in the second timetable of The Second Proclamation (Fifteenth Amendment) Order, 1978 (Second Proclamation Order No. IV of 1978).

The words "Recorded war for national autonomy" are supplanted by the second timetable of The Second Proclamation (Second Execution Order No. IV of 1978), rather than the words "Authentic battle for national freedom".

The second section is embedded in the second timetable of The Second Proclamation (Fifteenth Amendment) Order, 1978 (Second Proclamation Order No. IV of 1978) rather than the past passage.
