Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today, I am going to participate in the third week of this season, which is week 28, in which we will make corn soup. What ingredients are needed to make corn soup, and what is the method? We will discuss all that, so let's move on to our main task.

🍲 Make an in-depth step-by-step recipe of Chicken Corn Soup.

Ingredients

First of all, let's talk about the ingredients. I have written all the ingredients and their quantities below one by one. Using all these ingredients, we will prepare this recipe.

Soya sauce 1 tablespoon

Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon

Recipe Process

Now let's move on to our main process. In the main process, we will learn how can prepare corn soup well.

Step 01

The first step is to take the chicken and put it in a pot or pressure cooker. Add five glasses of water or five cups of water to it and add a teaspoon of salt, and put it on the stove to boil. If we are going to put it in a pressure cooker, we will steam it for 10 to 15 minutes. If we are going to boil it in water, we will boil it until the meat becomes soft.

Step 02

Similarly, our second step is in which we have to pour water into the pressure cooker and add a husk of corn along with it. We also have to add half a teaspoon of salt to it and keep it for steaming. I did both tasks at the same time, so I boiled the meat and steamed the corn in the pressure cooker.

Step 03

Now our next step is to separate the corn that we have boiled and the meat that we have boiled. We have to separate the corn kernels. Similarly, we have to separate the meat that has bones and convert the meat into small pieces.

Step 04

Our main process will start from step four, in which we have to take two tablespoons of oil, pour it into any vessel, place it on the stove, and as soon as the oil is heated, we have to add one tablespoon of garlic paste to it. After making the garlic paste, we will stir it well.

Step 05

Now, while heating it, we have to add the chicken to it and fry this chicken for two to three minutes so that the garlic paste is absorbed into it and mixed well. The purpose of adding garlic paste is to remove the smell of chicken and enhance the flavor.

Step 06

Now we have to add one spoon of vinegar and one spoon of soy sauce, and similarly, we have added one spoon of chili sauce. After adding all these things to it, we have to cook it properly.

Step 07

We had separated the water in which we boiled the chicken, and now we will add the same water back into it. That water is full of all the flavors because all the nutrients of the chicken are included in it, so we have to add the same water back into it. After adding that water, we have to add the corn kernels that we had boiled separately. After adding these two things, we have to mix them well.

Step 08

Now we have to take two eggs, put them in any vessel, and beat them well. After beating, we have to add those two eggs to this soup when its water becomes very hot, because when the water becomes very hot, we have to add these eggs and mix them well.

Step 09

Now, to thicken it a little, we will use corn flour. We will put three to four tablespoons of corn flour in a cup, add a little water to it, and after mixing it well, we will add it to our soup and mix it well.

Step 10

To make the taste even better, this will be our final step, in which we have to add a spoon or half a spoon of black pepper as per the requirement. This will make the taste of our soup better. After adding this, we have to mix it well and cook it for five to seven minutes, then our final soup will be ready.

Our soup is ready. We will garnish it to make it more beautiful. I have used a few green chilies for garnishing along with a little coriander. After placing it inside, we will cut a boiled egg and place it on the edges to make it look more beautiful.

Chicken corn soup is very delicious and also contains a lot of nutrients that support our health, especially in the winter season. This warm and comforting dish contains some nutrients that are good for our health, the details of which are given below.

  • First of all, we get high-quality protein from chicken. This chicken is rich in lean protein that repairs our muscles as well as improves our strength and energy levels. It also provides all the essential amino acids that keep the body healthy.
