Details Are Everything! (Watercolor Illustration) #1

Been very exciting to work on this piece today. I started off with this cute orange car rather than the main subject. And the little patch of greenery behind. I love layering in watercolors. Details really are one of the most important things when you want to paint something complex. Maybe even a small area, enough to capture the essence.

Each stroke plays an important role when you look at the bigger picture even thought it might seem insignificant while painting. Can you guys the number of layers on this car? :D

P.S: I need to give a glass to the side window! It looks broken 😂
