去年の今頃は/My Actifit Report Card: April 21 2020
去年の今頃は何をしていたのかな、と思い、写真を調べてみました。
どうやら去年の今頃は、出窓菜園が活発だったようです。
これはたしかルッコラに花が咲いてしまったところです。
なかなか可愛らしい花で、この時はしばらく楽しみました。
食べる植物の場合、花が咲いてしまうと美味しくなくなるというのが定説です。
でも、この後ルッコラは美味しくいただきました。
キャンプにも持っていって食べましたね。
今年は色々あってばたばたしてしまって、種を播く時期を逃してしまいました。
今もかなり消耗していまして、なかなか植物を育てる気持ちになれません。
それでも、うちの他の出窓にある観葉植物たちに、日曜日に腐葉土を追加することはしました。
なんだか「お腹すいたよー」という声が聞こえてきたので。
現在の非常事態宣言に関係して気の張り詰めた状況が続いていて、様々なことが発生して忙しくしています。
今日もよく歩いて、actifitの数値は8,900歩台となりました。
actifitのおかげで日々の記録が残るのが今はとても励みになります。
