WE WIN

We understand the word Victory in a very narrow sense. If we get the job, the project or the girl/guy we win. Else we're losers.

Not true. The day we come up with a kickass idea we win. Every moment we spend in developing that idea, making it awesome, we win. Every hour we spend on building our craft, learning, exploring, growing - we're champions.

When we give love we win, doesn't matter if the other person doesn't reciprocate or even acknowledge. Just letting that love flow through our hearts is a victory. Every time we do something good for others, we win, doesn't matter if no one notices.

Every moment we smile, laugh, sing, dance, allow ourselves to feel content, choose to be happy - we win. Every minute we commit to whatever we're doing, every second we live with passion and joie-de-vivre we're champions.

We win by participating fully, giving it all we've got, living 100%. Everything else is just statistics.

MY DAY, MY DECISION

Today's not about what work we have to complete or what deadlines we have to meet. It's not about which unpleasant person we have to engage with or who's going to barge us. It's not about the fun stuff nor the painful things that are in store.

All of these are just items on a task list or planner. Today is about what we want it to be, how we decide it's going to be.

If we decide it's going to be a fun adventure and that's how we will embrace everything, well then that's what it is. If we decide we're going to be at our prodigious best, creating excellence, well then that's what going to happen. But if we decide everything's a drag or a total pain and it's all miserable, well...

Our day, our decision, so let's choose what we want, not what we don't.
