I celebrated India's Independence day.

Today, I celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day. Like many other Indians, I hoisted the national flag, raised slogans and listened to patriotic songs. Moments like these make me a true patriot. I have applied for U.S. citizenship and if my application is approved, I will do it from the US as well.
