ARE YOU BAPTIZED IN THE HOLY SPIRIT?
The Holy Ghost baptism is very vital to every heaven-bound believer for a lot of reasons. The first is the character of the Baptiser which is the Holy Ghost Himself. The Holy Ghost, being the third person in the Trinity, plays the vital role of the guidance of the Christian after salvation.
The word of God says we shouldn't grieve the Holy Spirit of the Lord. There are many attributes the Holy Ghost imparts on Christian when they receive His baptism. For instance, John 7:37-39 talked about the flow of the rivers of living water symbolizing the Holy Ghost.
Just as water is very vital for the survival of any human being on earth, so also the living water or water of life is very vital for spiritual wellbeing. The spirit of a believer can get dehydrated and finally become inactive because of the lack of this living water. Another basic blessing from the Holy Ghost baptism is power.
The early Christians wouldn't have been able to confront the Jewish elders had they not received power from the Holy Ghost. Without the baptism of the Holy Ghost, there can be no power or courage for believers to evangelize and testify of the saving grace of the only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ.
The Holy Ghost also helps us as Christian to pray without ceasing when he or she speaks in tongues. This is the promise of Jesus Christ in the Great Commission.
Do you lack courage as a believer? Are you reluctant about sharing your conviction on the Lord Jesus Christ? Are you rising and falling into iniquity because you think it is impossible to withstand the attack of Satan?
Pray seriously for the baptism of the Holy Ghost and you will obtain power and courage for triumphant Christian living, in Jesus' name.

We receive the Holy Spirit when we're saved.
As it says in Ephesians,
(Ephesians 4:30 NIV) And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
