New Features: Active Witnesses List & Design Make-over (AKINGOS-PHP-STEEM-ACCESS-TOOLS)

The project has been bare with unattractive design. Today, I incorporated a new design into it and also added a list of active witnesses with a link to their steemit account.
This is a screen shot of committing the changes to github through github desktop. My username on github is Akintunde102. My username in logged state can be seen in the screenshot below.
Below is a screenshot of the commit histroy, the new one being today, december 17. You can see that in the encircled portion of the image.

Yet a suggestion for your active witnesses tab, i think you mean the ones who at the moment have handled a block since i could only see 21 at one point in time. You might want to reflect that differently, or add some text that explains what is meant, because witnesses are far more than 21 and this can be misleading :)
