Sports And Health
Assalamualaikum my fellows I hope you will be fine by the grace of Allah. Today I am going to participate in the sports and health contest by @abdullahw2 under the umbrella of Healthy Steem team.

Do you like playing sports? If yes then, Which sport do you enjoy the most, and why?
I like to play sports. From all the sports I like cricket the most. I enjoy playing it. I have been playing this game since my early childhood from streets to grounds. It teaches the spirits of patience and sportsmanship. It allows all the friends to play at once. I play it because of it's nature to raise more spirits of winning. Sometimes in the game we need to face the lose instead of victory.
How has playing sports improved your physical and mental health?
Physical and mental health goes side by side. If a person is physically fit then there is the priority that the person will be mentally fit and smart. Same thing happens with me playing sports keep me fit and healthy physically and mentally. When I play sports then my all body is in work along with the plannings running in my brain. With the exercise of the mind and body I am remain fit and strong physically and mentally.
How staying away from sports can affect a person's mental and physical health?
I think that sports are very important for all of us and we should focus on the sports for the maintenance of the fitness of physical and mental health. I experienced when I do not play for long time I feel heavy and sick from mind. I become lazy. The distance from the sports make me inactive. When I play games I feel freshness in my body and activity. If we stay away from the sports and games our muscles will not work and we will become lazy. Without sports we will not be able to complete our works easily and actively.
Do you believe everyone should include some form of sports in their routine? Why or why not?
Yes I believe everyone should include some sorts of sports and games in their lives. Indeed due to the busy schedule of life it becomes hard and sometimes impossible to manage time for the sports and games. But I think we should make a strict timetable to give some time to the sports. These will make us more active and healthy. Playing games will make us physically fit and similarly our mental health will also improve. If the person is physically fit then he is mentally fit but if the person is physically ill then the person is mentally sick.
