Weekly Report as Hot News Community Curator Period September 27 October to November 2, 2022

This time, as an Admin/Mod Hot News Community, I will deliver a weekly curation report for the community that supports the platform and steem as a future coin, which continues to provide opportunities for users to take part through quality posts.
We are trying to build a community and create convenience for steemians to share posts in this community through verification and comments and constructive suggestions made by the Hot News team alternately according to time zones and other aspects.
All admins / moderators also give direct examples through personal posts which are expected to be a guide for members and also direct directions in the form of comments or corrections if there are posts that are not in accordance with existing rules.
Members are also given their respective labels according to their country of origin, club status and delegate status.
This week hot news has held a Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 5 Week #3 contest with Theme : News Diary Game.
This contest shows a significant increase in the number of subscribers and active posters as well as pending rewards on the Hot News Community because this theme is very interesting for steemians which is reinforced by the data displayed by @morpheussa about Hot News Community statistics.
Hot News has also chosen 3 Best Nominations for the third week which is expected to further increase the motivation of users to make quality posts on the Hot News Community.
And for the fourth week of the contest, Hot News has re-released a contest with the theme News Diay Game which is expected to continue to show a positive trend like last week so that the Hot News Community remains in the trending community.
This theme is in accordance with the direction of the steemit team to increase poster participation where the diary theme is the theme that is most followed by steemians.
And as a community with a news characteristic, we compile a diary theme with useful news or information in the NEWS DIARY GAME format.
Keep in mind that in the regular news diarygame posts on Hot News Community, we exemplify the use of post titles that are different from the previous diary contest (The Diary Game Season 3), but we create effective titles with the aim of connecting with search engine optimization (Search Engine Optimization). as an effort to promote steem.
To mark a post as a diary you can write in the thumbnail image or profile or not write it (optional).
As directed by the steemit team, Hot News runs a profit sharing program by voting for posts on the Hot News Community every day using the @hot.news account as a community account.
We always do power ups to increase the strength of community accounts so that we can support members by providing greater curation of posts that come in every day on the Hot News Community.
I as the Admin (moderator) and curator of the Hot News Community account will report about the curation of the @hot.news account for the last one week from 27 October to 02 November 2022. The @hot.news account is used to provide curation to community members who publish posts in the Hot News community with criteria to join #club5050, #club75, and #club100.

The curation carried out this week increased along with the increase in active posters with the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 5 Week #3 Contest.
The number of active posters and subscribers on the Hot News Community is seen as 1665 subscribers and 214 active posters who contribute to the community every day.
Delegators who publish posts on the Hot News Community will get a higher percentage because they also get Member curation. This week the hot.news account has given upvotes as much as 129 for 97 accounts.

Many times we common users do not imagine all the activities involved in being a moderator and curator of a community.
There are so many aspects to consider, that if due attention is paid, it is possible that some important aspect escapes from view. However, you and your team do an impeccable job on the Hot News community.
