Walking = walking = masks needed
Standing = walking at 0 km/h = masks needed
Standing + eating/ drinking = restaurant = no masks needed
Smoking = eating cigarettes = no masks needed
Sitting on a bench = FORBIDDEN, just forbidden
Sitting on the ground + begging for money = essential work = no masks needed
