Bireuen Government Distributes Panic Assistance to Fire Victims in Ule Cee Jangka Village Bireuen.
The Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab), Aceh Province, distributed panic assistance to victims of houses and kiosks that burned down in Ule Cee Village, Jangka District, Bireuen, Saturday, March 22, 2025.
The assistance was handed over by the Deputy Regent (Wabup) of Bireuen, Ir Razuardi accompanied by the Head of the Social Service, Ismunandar to one of the victim's children at the scene.
Deputy Regent Razuardi hopes that the families of the victims of the house fire will be steadfast in facing this ordeal. As an effort to ease their burden, the Social Service is distributing panic assistance.
"Food assistance, mineral water, various other necessities as emergency response assistance. Meanwhile, there is another scheme for handling burned houses," said the Deputy Regent.
Head of the Bireuen Social Service (Kadinsos), Ismunandar said, the assistance provided consisted of family tents directly installed by officers so that the victims could spend the night in tents.
Then, foam mattresses and folding mattresses from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), assistance in the form of rice, mineral water and clothing, sarongs, long cloth, t-shirts and koko shirts.
As previously reported, one unit of a permanent construction house and a semi-permanent grocery kiosk in Tgk Dilampoh Hamlet, Ule Cee Village, Jangka District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province burned down at around 05.00 WIB, Saturday, 3/22/2025.
The building was burned down along with its contents belonging to Husaini Ben (59 years old), a farmer occupied by his wife Rusna (53 years old), and his eight children were razed to the ground. The source of the fire is not yet known for sure, it is suspected to be due to an electrical short circuit from the kiosk in the victim's yard.
Currently, the victim and his family are forced to sleep in emergency tents provided by the Ministry of Social Affairs, which were installed by Bireuen Social Service officers, Saturday (22/3/2025).
