Bireuen Regency Ministry of Religion Santuni 25 Orphans.

The Office of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province is providing assistance to 25 orphans from Gampong (Village) Cot Gapu, Kota Juang District and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs).

Compensation as a form of attention from Ministry of Religion officials for orphans in the holy month of Ramadan and ahead of the Eid al-Fitr 1445 H holiday, took place during the breaking of the fast together, at the Bireuen Ministry of Religion Office, Tuesday 2 April 2024.

Chairman of the organizing committee, Mudassir, said that orphans received compensation from MIN 50 Bireuen, MIN 4 Bireuen, MIN 44 Bireuen, MIN 12 Bireuen, MIN Cot Cot Bate, and MIN Cot Trieng, Kuala District, MTsN 5 Bireuen, Kota Juang District.

The breaking of the fast was attended by elements of the Regional Leadership Forum (Forkopimda), Assistant I, Assistant II of the Bireuen Regional Secretariat, related officials and Ministry of Religion officials, accompanied by a tausyiah from the Head of the Peusangan Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Tgk Ismuhar.

Head of the Bireuen Ministry of Religion (Kakankemenag), H Akly, said that breaking the fast together and providing compensation for orphans was a sense of concern for the community.

"This activity is a direct action from the ranks of the Bireuen Ministry of Religion and this sense of concern is important, especially as orphans are approaching Eid al-Fitr, there is a little compensation from us for them to face the holiday," said Akly.

Orphans received compensation today from Gampong Cot Gapu and also madrasa schools within the Bireuen Ministry of Religion. We hope that this activity will continue in the future.

The Bireuen Ministry of Religion and staff that afternoon held a distribution of takjil breaking the fast for people using the road located on the Medan - Banda Aceh road in front of KUA Peusangan which was enthusiastically welcomed by the community.

"So far we have only carried out services in the office, today in the holy month of Ramadan we can serve the community outside the office with our staff trying to continue to be present directly among the people of Bireuen Regency," said Akly.
