Where were you at the exact moment of the bitcoin fork?

I was with my family having hotpot also known as steamboat. I must also admit that I was watching the crypto markets attentively on my phone and caught a glimpse or two of the actual fork happening on the many live streaming coverages on youtube. Although most would be a little anxious as to how the markets will react and it seems like everything went through without much hooha...

And so that was the birth of bitcoin cash... and we "celebrated" with food... lots of food.

We were having hotpot at this beautiful restaurant and the number of variety of food that was offered was incredibly satisfying.

Seafood which included fish, crabs, prawns, clams (not the crypto variety), scallops, etc...

Lobsters... not many left though... But no complaints as there were just too much to choose from.

And so that was how we spent 1st August 2017 evening, Singapore time, on the much-awaited bitcoin forkday though comfortingly rather uneventful crypto big day :)

We are all on a journey, remember to enjoy the sights and sounds along the way, and do good as often as you can and as much as possible.
