Hi,

sometimes, we like to dine out. We have a tradition in the family, if we manage to close a project, or win something. This is our way of celebrating milestones in our life.

Else, we cook at home as much as it gets, as food cooked at home is definitely healthier and most of the tie cheaper. I'm eating for example without any grains or avoid as much as it gets sugar. Potatoes are not on the menu. What we do it, is a lot of greens, fresh vegetables and bio meat. Yes, also eggs and dairy products. Almost forgot about blueberries, which is my new favourite food, as it can go with smoothies, raw, or with a good salad or stake.

When we go out, I'm going mostly for fish or wild meat. I seldom cook at home wild meat, as I still got the impression that it is tested in the restaurant for different parasites. This is my greatest fear on meat coming from a hunt.
Also, some of the cream soups I eat only in restaurant.

This is when I go with the family eating out. We avoid fast foods, but we got shares in fast food companies, as people tend to eat there a lot. They are profitable if you own shares into them, but stay away from those.

I do eat a lot at restaurants, mostly during the week, where I go dinning with customers. These dinners are paid by the company, and here I do eat also healthy. Mostly beef meat with greens. If I do an off meat day, then I go with a soup or a salad. I stay away from pasta and pizza, as I gain a lot of weight from them. Another important point is that I avoid drinking alcohol, even if sometimes is hard. If there is alcohol, I go with beer, wine, or a scotch. But wine and scotch is more for me, when I sit alone and read in front o the fire or outside in the garden.

That would be some of our eating habits. We changed them in a good way the past year, and feed our bodies with quality food, which is essential. Stay away from junk food, you deserve better.
