  7. Helps to treat and prevent cancer,
  8. Preventing diabetes,

  10. Improve the ability of the brain,
  11. Etc.

As for side effects if in excessive consumption is:

  1. For some people, eating grapes can cause allergic reactions. Symptoms of this allergy can include itching, red spotting, difficulty breathing and sneezing,
    2.slow the blood clotting process, this is certainly dangerous for people who are bleeding,
