Waspada efek negatif dari kurang tidur
Ternyata kurang tidur bisa kelelahan fisik dan stres secara mental, selain itu dapat menyebabkan metabolisme pada tubuh melambat.
Tapi jangan salah, ternyata selain menyebabkan kelelahan fisik dan metabolisme melambat, kurang tidur dapat menyebabkan pula kulit wajah kusam dan menimbulkan produksi minyak yang berlebih diwajah dan pori-pori membesar
pastikan kita mendapat istirahat yang cukup setidaknya 7 jam sehari. Nah, mari sama2 kita atur pola tidur kita dengan baik, agar kulit wajah tetap terjaga dan sehat😊
