I have already told you how to make tomato soup, today I will tell you how to make green lentil soup, what ingredients should be used and what we will do to make it more delicious. It is a bit more difficult and gradual to make than tomato soup, but I will tell you how to make it in the most practical way. Like green lentils, I will soon share the recipes of red lentils, chickpeas and rice we use.
Ingredients to Use for Green Lentil Soup Recipe:
Green Lentils (determine how many people you want to make, and I added 2 glasses of lentils)
1 piece of onion
1-2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
You can also use cut pasta optionally (I did not choose)
Lentil Soup Making Stages:
First, let's put the green lentil in the water and then let it go. Some add garlic to the lentil soup, but I did not add it to the ingredients, as I did not prefer it. Put the onion cut into your pot, put olive oil or regular oil in the pot, and then add the onions. Add the tomato paste after the onions are lightly browned. After adding the tomato paste, we can put the lentils in the pot, but if the hot water that we will put in the pot is ready. After preparing everything, we mix the soup a little and wait for it to cook on an average fire. Your soup will be ready for 10-15 minutes. I recommend you add the spices you like and lemon to the top
